Impeccably clean and ideal place with attentive and helpful staff with the charming manager. Lovely central location, near coast, an interesting market town and Norfolk. Plus, 15 minutes drive from Natural Surroundings.

Charming small and fabulous place with excellent staff with the charming manager. Very nice area, excellent and beautiful location, really close to communal areas, and Cromer.

Every time we stay in Holt, like to stay here. Wonderful small place, it has helpful staff with the charming manager. The hotel is in an excellent and unbeatable location to the local supermarket.
As we remember, there was no lift.

Its rooms are warm and cosy with a bath. Plus, the location is incredible, minutes from Bircham Gallery.

Charming small place all in all, has charming staff with the charming manager. The rooms here are neat with a bath. In-house restaurant has well presented food choices.

Thanks for the stay - would stay there again. The hotel is exceptional and clean, the staff are efficient, location is incredible in an interesting market town within easy reach of a beautiful coast. The best thing is location - short walk to the centre and the garden and nearby beaches. Light neat rooms, they are provided with fridge and the public bar. Good service and the food is fine.

The hotel is in the central location near town centre. And it's nestled in a really nice building near the grounds, Sheringham & Cromer and other areas.

The location was unbeatable and pleasant for traveling around Holt, really close to the nice market town, the local supermarket and the centre. Besides, Letheringsett Watermill was 4 km away from the property. You could leave a car on site.

Prime central location near garden, the centre and restaurant and bar. It also was in the resturant in the eveining. Took the advantage of the parking onsite.
